Media Lab

Hunt A10A

The Media Lab is located in the basement of Hunt Library, room A10A.  It is a classroom lab configurable as a black box studio, including a DMX controlled lighting system, an eight speaker sound system, and related sound gear.

Access and Policies

Access is limited to students currently enrolled in an IDeATe Media Lab course.  These students may use the lab outside of class time for related practice and study.  To reserve the room for solo practice, recitals, or other exclusive uses, students should email help@ideate.cmu.edu with their their course code and an explanation of use, e.g. rehearsal for concert, project testing, etc.
