Classrooms and Labs

The classroom and lab hours fall within the Hunt Library hours of operation and are individually shown in the calendar below. IDeATe affiliates who have not earned their own access to a space can make appointments by emailing help@ideate.cmu.edu at least 1–2 business days in advance.

Services and equipment

Academic Year, fall and spring

Hours for the Lending Office, Fabrication Lab, and the Wood Shop may vary. The latest schedule is below and has a drop-down to switch between service and room schedules.  Non-IDeATe affiliates who wish to use the IDeATe facilities may borrow from the Equipment Lending Office and may utilize our Open Fabrication Hours.

Request services in advance, including Equipment Lending, by emailing help@ideate.cmu.edu at least two business days in advance, Monday through Friday only.
