Deeplocal Hiring for the Summer

Carnegie Mellon alum and Deeplocal founder Nathan Martin has put out a call for people interested in helping them out this summer. There is so much going on at Deeplocal that even their interns are swamped! They’re looking to bring on some part-time help to work on some of the great projects happening at their space in Sharpsburg/Pittsburgh. You might be a student writing that thesis, in between jobs, or just planning on having a lazy summer, but if you have a few hours to spare each week, or only a short sprint of a week or a month, this may be the perfect gig for you and they want to hear from you. There are also full-time job postings if interested.

Deeplocal is seeking part-time summer help in the following areas:

Integration Engineers

Integration engineers have an understanding of electronics, mechanics, and software. Often they may excel in one but not all areas. Integration engineers may have degrees in MechE, CS, EE, or another related discipline. Pay Range: $25-$60/hr

Fabricators

Fabricators at Deeplocal specialize in making and should excel in one or more areas such as carpentry and furniture design/build, architecture, or industrial design. Pay Range: $15-$30/hr

Part-time help will need to be able to commit to at least 8 hours per week and ideally more. Schedules will need to be approved by managers. Full-time opportunities are also available after the summer. Please check our job board for full-time listings.

To apply, please reply online: https://deeplocal.jazz.co/

Portfolio of work is highly desirable.
